These pages are dedicated to the ultimate changeable home concept.

Think of this: You want to build your own home but have two left hands .

So you go to the hardware store, load a truck full of building-parts, click them together, and live in your home a month later. If you don't like it, you change it. If you want to expand it, you buy new parts and click them in. If you are short of cash, you sell parts and get your money back.

Is this possible?

These pages give a glimpse of the technology needed to make the construction of homes a matter of "plug and play". With this technology, anyone can build, no special skills are required.

The concept of dynamic construction

The idea that a house is a process in stead of a thing.

The load bearing structure

Example of a post and beam construction system that is very easy to build and to take apart.

Wall, floor and roof

A system to fill in walls, floors, etc. within a matrix of post and beam structure. Very easy to assemble and disassemble.

Outside cladding

Change the outside of the house by putting on a new cladding. Exterior finish with a plug and play character.

Door

Idea for a do it yourself front door. Assemble a very personal front door by putting pre-made elements in a frame.

Window

Idea for a window frame that is very easily assembled out of separate elements. The hardened glass is the structural element in stead of the frame.

Electricity infrastructure

Electrical systems with remote control are plugged together in such a simple way any fool can do it! No skills required.

Gas infrastructure

A plug and play gas outlet. Plug in your gas fired appliance like water boiler, wash dryer, frying pan, etc.

Water infrastructure

Several systems to connect waterlines without soldering and one that works without any tool indeed.

Central heating

A plug and play connection system for water filled radiators from Japan.
